In observance of the Juneteenth holiday on Thursday, June 19th, banks will be closed. As a result, there will be changes to our payroll processing schedule to ensure that all employees receive their payments on time.

• Thursday check date: All payrolls with a Thursday check date will be moved to Wednesday, June 18^th, unless we are otherwise informed. We will need payroll submitted by noon, Monday, June 16^th.
• Friday check date: Payrolls must be processed by noon on Wednesday, June 18^th to ensure direct deposits are received timely, files must be sent to the bank on Wednesday for Friday check date. We will need payroll submitted by noon, Tuesday, June 17^th.
• All other check dates will not be affected and should submit as usual.

It is important that we receive payroll by the above dates and times to ensure timely delivery of paper checks as well as direct deposits.
